Kaitlyn-Green High School Ambassador

August 24th, 2008 by Amy Cameron

Heritage Studio & Gallery has selected a number of area students in the area to represent us in their high schools.  Eventually, we’d love to have them all posted here for you all to view.  Please check back and see more soon.

This beautiful young lady is Kaitlyn.  Here are some of our favorites from the sessions we had with her.  She plays the piano, the flute, and sings in Green’s Ensemble.  We really wanted to capture her musical talents in her pictures.  I think we did…let us know what you think.

We offer collages such as the one above. It's a great way to showcase more than one photo on one print.

This shot was taken in front of a historic schoolhouse where Kaitlyn has performed. I love the contrast of the brick and railing with her skin and dress.

We travelled to Kaitlyn's home for this shot. She wanted to incorporate her piano in to her images.

This may be my favorite. We shot this at Boettler Park in Green. It's a beautiful park that has some excellent spots for portraits.

Look at those eyes! This effect is called sepia-it makes some pictures just pop.

This was Kaitlyn's idea and we think it looked great. She is wearing her ensemble dress and surrounded by her sheet music. I love that it is so personal to who she is.

This is our "high contrast" effect. I love the colors it created in this one.

Kaitlyn was such a great subject.  Her personality made it easy!  It’s not hard to create beautiful shots with a model like her!

Thanks Kaitlyn and family,

Amy
