Scott & Kelli-Engagement Session

A friend introduced them and he had his eye on her right away.  But, she was resistant,  “No, lets just be friends.”  And so they did, become friends I mean.  Scott waited and bided his time.  Eventually, Kelli realized what she had before her and these two have been an item ever since. 

They’ve grown together the past couple years–enjoying their relationship and planning things they like to do.  A nice dinner out…a hike in the park…golfing… More than anything though they just enjoy each others company, spending time together whenever they can.  It was no surprise then last June when Scott took Kelli golfing–it was something they did all the time.  There was a surprise…but it came later in the little box hidden in the 9th hole.  Kelli said yes and the rest is history…

I love laid back, real life people…and these two are it.  They are getting married in October and Dave and I are so excited to be there photographing every moment.

Look at this great lighting in the next one.  We found a great spot right by the canal where the leaves filter the light just beautifully!  Love it.  (Doesn’t it remind you of a scene from LOST?)

This one just makes me happy.
