Every engagement holds a promise–a promise of what is to come. It’s a time of joy and planning, love and apprehension, excitement and fear of the future. Some couples seem to thrive during this time while others buckle under the pressure. Matt and Erin are thriving.
They met at Yankee Peddler Festival almost seven years ago. They were both working and became fast friends…and then soon…a couple. On Matt’s last birthday, Erin headed over to his house celebrate the big day, but she had no idea how big it was going to turn out to be. He surprised her that night with a ring and they haven’t looked back since.
Dave (my partner) met Erin when she stopped in the studio one day looking for a wedding photographer. We are thrilled she did. They will be getting married next year in July and we will be there to capture every sweet moment.
Dave and I (mostly Dave) captured these shots in studio, at the Riverfront in Cuyahoga Falls and in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

beautiful.

I think this is my favorite. You can feel how much they love each other.

Matt & Erin and Dave spent the evening shooting until dark...here's one of the last shots they were able to capture. (Check out that jacket--super cute!)
